4. Account Registration (for Sellers)

Sellers may create an account or provide details to list products on Sumflur.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information,

  • Update details if they change, and

  • Take responsibility for all content you upload or share.

We may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Subscription Fees

Sellers pay a subscription fee to list and promote their products on Sumflur.

  • Fees are non-refundable once a listing period has started.

  • Invoices are issued under the Sumflur brand.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or plans with prior notice.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Product authenticity, quality, and safety,

  • Accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock,

  • Compliance with GST and other legal obligations, and

  • Handling customer orders, payments, and deliveries directly.

Sumflur may remove listings found misleading, counterfeit, or illegal without prior notice.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers understand that:

  • Sumflur only displays product listings and promotional content.

  • Any communication or purchase made through seller contacts is directly between the customer and the seller.

  • Sumflur does not guarantee or verify products, sellers, or their terms of sale.

Customers are advised to exercise due diligence before making payments or sharing personal details.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Post or upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content,

  • Try to access or copy any part of the website code without permission,

  • Use automated systems or bots to collect data, or

  • Misuse our services in any way that harms Sumflur or its users.

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Sumflur (logos, design, text, graphics, and software) is owned by or licensed to Sumflur.

Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Sumflur a limited license to display them for promotional purposes.

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers,

  • Product quality, safety, or delivery, or

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the subscription amount paid to us.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.
