1. Nature of Our Platform
Sumflur is an online product discovery and promotion platform that allows independent sellers to display their products to potential buyers.
At this stage, Sumflur does not operate as an e-commerce marketplace under Indian GST or Consumer Protection regulations.
We do not collect payments, process orders, or deliver products to customers.
2. How It Works

Sellers list their products on Sumflur for visibility and promotion.

Customers can view product details and, if interested, click the “Book Now” button to connect directly with the seller through chat, call, or any other contact method the seller provides.

All discussions, negotiations, payments, and deliveries happen directly between the customer and the seller.
3. Role of Sumflur
Sumflur acts only as a digital advertising and connection platform between sellers and customers.
We do not:

Guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any product,

Involve ourselves in payment collection or delivery,

Interfere in disputes between buyers and sellers.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products, pricing, and business practices comply with applicable laws and consumer protection standards.
4. Subscription & Listing Fees
Sellers may be charged a subscription or listing fee for displaying products on the platform.
This fee covers platform maintenance, marketing, and listing services.
Sumflur issues invoices for these subscription fees under the Sumflur brand.
5. Liability
Since Sumflur is not a party to any sale between a customer and a seller:

Any product issues, payments, warranties, or returns are the seller’s sole responsibility.

Customers are advised to verify product and seller details before making any payment.

Sumflur will not be liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from such independent transactions.
6. Future Features
In the future, Sumflur plans to introduce secure online payment and delivery integration.
When those features go live, this policy will be updated and sellers/customers will be notified in advance.
