1. Nature of Our Service

Sumflur is an online product listing and promotion platform that allows independent sellers to display their products to potential customers.
We do not sell, ship, or collect payments for any products listed on our website.

2. Refund Responsibility

All payments made by customers are done directly to the seller, not to Sumflur.
Therefore, Sumflur is not responsible for any refunds, cancellations, or payment disputes between customers and sellers.

If you have paid a seller directly and are facing an issue, please contact that seller through the same channel you used for the purchase (e.g., phone, WhatsApp, or chat).

3. When You Can Contact Us

Even though Sumflur is not part of the transaction, we take reports of misuse seriously.
If:

  • A seller refuses to respond after receiving your payment, or

  • You believe a seller has acted fraudulently,

please write to support@sumflur.com with full details (seller name, product, date, payment proof, and communication screenshots).

We will review the complaint and, if confirmed, may:

  • Suspend or permanently remove the seller’s account/listing from Sumflur, and

  • Report the issue to authorities if required.

However, Sumflur cannot issue a refund directly since the payment was never made to us.

4. Platform Integrity

We aim to keep Sumflur a safe and trustworthy space for both sellers and customers.
Every misuse report is treated seriously and handled with transparency.
