Does Sumflur sell products directly?
No. Sumflur does not sell, ship, or collect payments for any products.
Does Sumflur handle payments?
No. All payments are made directly to the seller, not to Sumflur.
How do customers buy a product?
Customers can view product listings and tap “Book Now” to contact the seller directly via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or chat
Will Sumflur take action against fraudulent sellers?
Yes. After reviewing the complaint, we may:

Warn the seller

Suspend their listing

Permanently remove the seller

Report them to authorities if needed
However, Sumflur still cannot refund your money.
